Is it better to sign up online?
It definitely helps speed things up at the register, but you are not required to sign up online. If you are purchasing tickets at the same time, we highly recommend signing up before purchasing so the points for your purchase will be added to your account.

If I am currently a FiveStars member, do I need to sign up separately for ELEVATE Rewards?
Not exactly. You should only need to claim your account if you had an email address listed on your FiveStars account. If so, select "Existing Customer" at signup to send a claim email to yourself and finalize registration for ELEVATE Rewards.
If I sign up for SOAR Subscription, do I also need to sign up for ELEVATE Rewards?
No. ELEVATE Rewards benefits are included as part of the SOAR Subscription. However, SOAR Subscribers receive double points.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points online when you make online ticket purchases while you are logged in. If you are purchasing your ticket at the theater, you can earn points by either providing your phone number or email address during checkout. Your account information includes email, cell number, birthday, and full name.
Are there restrictions on how I can earn points?
A few. Points cannot be earned for (1) taxes, (2) online ticketing fees, (3) gift card purchases (points are earned at gift card REDEMPTION, sorry gift givers!), and (4) administrative fees associated with your SOAR Subscription.
When do I receive points for purchase of Gift Cards or for my SOAR Subscription?
Points are earned upon REDEMPTION of a gift card for an eligible transaction. SOAR Subscription Members, earn 9 points for each monthly movie credit they redeem.
How are the points I earn for a purchase calculated?
Points are calculated based on the pre-tax subtotal of the transaction. If the transaction has a partial dollar value, points are rounded up or down based on the amount. Transactions $0.50 and up are rounded to the nearest whole point, transactions $0.49 and below are rounded down to the nearest whole point.
Is there a limit to points I can earn?
Members can earn up to 500 points in a single 24-hour period, with no transactional limit.
Do points expire?
Unused points expire 12 months after issuance. Points are used on a first-in, first-out basis for redemption, so your oldest points are always used first.
I didn’t provide my contact information during checkout or an online purchase. Can I still earn points?
No, you must identify yourself during checkout by providing the phone number or email address associated with your account to earn points for a transaction. Complete demographic information must be provided. If purchasing online, you must be logged in to your account.
Do I earn points for tickets purchased from a third-party ticket seller such as Atom Tickets or Fandango?
No, points are earned exclusively through Eagle Theater's website and in-store.
Why are the points for an advance ticket purchase not showing up?
Points earned for buying advance tickets are not redeemable until the showtime of the advance ticket purchase has passed. If the purchase is refunded before the showtime, the points issued are deducted from your account.
How do I use a free ticket reward that I earn from accumulating Eagle ELEVATE Rewards points?
Two hundred points earns a free ticket. After redeeming your points for a free ticket, it will appear as a “Credit” on your online account. ELEVATE Rewards Members can use their Credit toward any regular 2D movie at any Eagle Theaters location. You can upgrade any ticket to a premium format (such as 3D) for a small upcharge. Credits expire 90 days from date of issuance for Eagle ELEVATE Rewards Members and never expire for active Eagle SOAR Subscribers.
Does only one person in the household need an ELEVATE Rewards Membership?
Children aged 12 and under are not eligible. We STRONGLY recommend that everyone 13 and older has a SOAR subscription for maximum value.
If you plan to come to the movies with someone, and you typically pay together on the same transaction (think spouses), we STRONGLY recommend linking your accounts. This means that discount pricing will be available to each person, and not just the account holder.
